Featuring a full kitchen and off-street parking, the Center is the ideal venue for baby showers, bridal showers, holiday parties, company meetings and more.

Rental Information

  • Indoor Capacity: 89 people
  • Hours: 8:00am to 8:00pm, 7 days a week

Features:

  • 4 rectangular tables – 96” x 30”
  • 2 rectangular tables – 72” x 30”
  • 10 round tables – 60” diameter
  • Approximately 75 chairs
  • Additional tables available upon request
  • Kitchen facilities, including gas stove, refrigerator, sinks, and trash disposal
  • Restrooms and restroom supplies
  • No air-conditioning

Rates:

  • $250 per day for Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • $125 per day for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • $250 one-time event surcharge for use of the tent

Terms:

  • 50% deposit due at signing of rental agreement
  • Balance due at least 30 days prior to the rental date
  • No excessive noise
  • No 18th/21st birthdays or other potentially unruly celebrations
