Pioneer Precision Optics is focused on manufacturing high-quality precision spherical optics.  PPO is a custom optical production facility producing build-to-print optical components and assemblies from prototype to large volume production runs.

Our opticians have a combined 200+ years of experience grinding and polishing all types of glass, CaF2 and SiO2 and working to tight dimensional tolerances, irregularity < 1/10 wave, and low surface roughness requirements through pitch polishing processes. With in-house machining and testplate fabrication, we can be responsive to short delivery requirements.
